Services Provided:
  • Hire and train on site property manager and conversion manager, if necessary. This labor will be billed to the job at cost, not included in fee.
  • Maintain and record all Notices of Intent to ensure notice requirements are accurate.
  • Provide monthly statistics to accurately forecast cash flow.
  • Authorize all invoices for the property.
  • Provide and maintain all laws applicable by act, city, county, state ordinances and safety codes.
  • Quarterly technical and comprehensive property inspections. The first one will be done the day of take over in order to accurately assess the needs of the property.
